Field Project Manager – Bernadine Wallpaper Salt Lake City, UT \| Full Time \| $55,000 – $70,000/year ABOUT US Bernadine Wallpaper is a high\-end wallpaper installation company serving luxury residential clients, interior designers, and custom home builders across Salt Lake City, Park City, and Utah Valley. We opened in January 2025 and are growing fast. Our team is small, our standards are high, and we take a lot of pride in what we do. We are looking for a Field Project Manager to join us full time and own the day\-to\-day coordination of our installation teams. THE ROLE This is a field\-facing, on\-the\-go role. You will be the point of contact between our office, our installation crews, and our clients once a project is booked. You will be out visiting job sites, solving problems in real time, and making sure every project runs exactly the way it should. This is not a desk job. We need someone who is self\-directed, communicates clearly, and thrives when they are managing multiple moving pieces at once. WHAT YOU WILL DO Conduct site visits before and during installations to assess wall conditions, confirm scope, and flag any issues Coordinate daily schedules and logistics for our installation teams Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and designers from booking through project completion Communicate proactively with the office so nothing falls through the cracks Keep projects on time and flag issues before they become problems Represent the Bernadine brand with professionalism at every touchpoint WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, construction, interior design, events, or a similar field\-facing role Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail A self\-starter who does not need to be micromanaged Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable being out in the field most of the day rather than behind a desk Valid Utah driver’s license with a clean driving record (required —
