Job description

**Overview** Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast\-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping \& receiving processes. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and logistics. **Duties** * Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, move, and organize inventory efficiently. * Assist with order picking and packing using order pickers and other warehouse equipment to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly. * Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and conducting cycle counts to ensure accurate stock records. * Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory movements, update records, and support order processing. * Prepare shipments by packaging products securely, labeling packages correctly, and coordinating with shipping carriers for timely dispatch. * Support shipping \& receiving activities by verifying inbound/outbound shipments against purchase orders or delivery documents. * Contribute to warehouse distribution operations by organizing storage areas, optimizing space utilization, and maintaining a clean workspace. **Qualifications** * Previous warehouse experience is preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus. * Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) safely and efficiently. * Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar platforms is advantageous. * Stron
