Job description

**Job Overview** The BLVD! is looking for a skilled, dependable, and self\-motivated **Facilities Maintenance Technician** to join our Facilities team. Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, you will help maintain our 38,000\-square\-foot family entertainment center, which features a full\-service restaurant and bar, bowling lanes, arcade, laser tag arena, private event spaces, and commercial kitchen. This is a hands\-on position for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with tools, and taking pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional facility. Every day brings new challenges, making this the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and enjoys a wide variety of maintenance work. **Responsibilities** * Perform general building maintenance and repairs throughout the facility. * Paint interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, doors, trim, and touch\-up work. * Install banners, promotional signage, artwork, televisions, shelving, mirrors, and other fixtures. * Repair drywall, flooring, ceiling tiles, doors, locks, hinges, trim, and guest\-facing furniture. * Perform maintenance and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment that is no longer under manufacturer warranty. * Complete preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment, facility fixtures, and guest areas. * Replace, lighting, filters, batteries, and other maintenance components. * Maintain patios, fencing, gates, outdoor furniture, and building exterior. * Pressure wash sidewalks, patios, dumpster enclosures, and exterior surfaces as needed. * Perform routine facility inspections to identify and correct maintenance issues before they impact guests. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs. * Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors during scheduled repairs and inspections. * Maintain an organized workshop, inventory of maintenance supplies, and company tools. * Accurately document completed work orders and repairs. * Assist t
