**Bartender/Server** **Qualifications:** **High school diploma or equivalent.** * Valid Current Bartender Server License and Food Handlers Card * Must be 21 years of age * Must be able to work flexible hours per week during business hours **Responsibilities:** **Assist in preparation and serving of alcohol or non\-alcohol beverages including appearance, temperature, and quality control.** * Preparation of food and beverages following proper procedure. * following proper procedure when preparing items including mixing, pouring, garnishing, and presentation. Providing assistance in bar or restaurant opening or closing tasks including: cleaning, maintaining inventory, labeling, inventory control, stockage etc. * cleaning up bar area and keeping it organized and sanitized. * closing up bar area at end of shift * Other duties as assigned.
