In 2013, CHRISTUS Health finalized an agreement partnering with Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) to recruit, employ, and oversee physicians and advanced practice providers at CHRISTUS Children's. Baylor College of Medicine (www.bcm.edu) is recognized as one of the nation's premier academic health science centers and is known for excellence in education, research, healthcare, and community service. **Summary** ----------- The Department of Pediatrics, Division of Hematology/Oncology, seeks an outstanding Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant Physician to join our dynamic and growing team at CHRISTUS Children's Hospital in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will be a team player, an excellent clinician, and have excellent organizational and leadership qualities with a growth mindset. They will participate in educational \& research programs and help represent the division in the community and nationally. The Division currently has nine physicians and three advanced practice practitioners and includes comprehensive programs in bone marrow transplant, cancer genetics, hematology \& oncology, neuro\-oncology, and survivorship and is a full member of the Children's Oncology Group. Christus Children's is the only free\-standing academic children's hospital in South Texas. **Job Duties** -------------- * Responsibilities include appointment as the BMT Program Director with a vision for growth. * This clinical role will include the provision of comprehensive care to Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) service patients at CHRISTUS Children's of San Antonio in the outpatient and inpatient setting in a tertiary hospital setting. * Inpatient attending time includes night and weekend calls and rounds. * T
