Warehouse Supervisor

**Overview** The Warehouse Supervisor is a full\-time role responsible for leading day\-to\-day warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, overseeing shipping personnel, quality control, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. We are seeking someone who is highly detail\-oriented, organized, and motivated to learn and grow. Over time, this individual will contribute across the full spectrum of operations—from optimizing warehouse processes to supporting hands\-on production. This is a full\-time, on\-site position (40 hours per week) dedicated to supporting inventory, warehouse operations, and fulfillment activities. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, planting plants, inventory management, and quality control. * Lead warehouse staff to meet productivity goals while maintaining a positive team environment. * Oversee inventory management processes using warehouse management systems. * Coordinate with the supervisor from the selling department to ensure full staffing and a optimized workflow for timely order fulfillment and delivery. * Keep a overview on what needs to be done and delegate accordingly **Requirements** * High school diploma, GED or equivalent * Four years’ warehouse experience * Four years leadership experience * Experience working within e\-commerce or 3PL (third\-party logistics) environments is highly desirable.
