Recruiting for this role ends on July 8 th , 2026 **Work you'll do/Responsibilities** You will serve as a **Scrum Master** for a **Data \& Analytics** agile product team operating in a **SAFe** environment as part of a **Data \& Analytics Foundry** staff augmentation program supporting numerous business product teams (approx. **235 resources across onshore and offshore**). * Facilitate SAFe/Agile team ceremonies and enable consistent iteration execution across the product team. * Partner with the Product Owner and team to support backlog readiness and day\-to\-day flow of work through the sprint/iteration. * Coordinate with onshore/offshore team members and adjacent product teams to manage dependencies and maintain delivery alignment. * Identify and remove impediments; manage and escalate risks/issues to keep delivery on track. * Track and communicate delivery status and team progress; drive continuous improvement actions. * Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management. * Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in
