<p>As an HVAC Service Technician at JOSKO LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of residents in multi-family and residential properties. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="790" data-end="956">Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems in multi-family residential properties to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.</li>
<li data-start="790" data-end="956">Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.</li>
<li data-start="1056" data-end="1161">Perform repairs and replacements of HVAC components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and coils.</li>
<li data-start="1164" data-end="1282">Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.</li>
<li data-start="1285" data-end="1357">Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.</li>
<li data-start="1360" data-end="1498">Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to coordinate HVAC service schedules and ensure minimal disruption to residents.</li>
<li data-start="1501" data-end="1592">Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems.</li>
<li data-start="1595" data-end="1678">Organize and manage inventory to minimize loss and improve operational efficiency.</li>

<p data-start="1595" data-end="1678"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC repair and installation preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HVAC service technician, with a focus on multi-family residential properties.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation techniques.</li>
<li>Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in HVAC maintenance and repair.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and efficiently, with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li>
<li>EPA certification for handling refrigerants is a plus.</li>
