You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems in multi-family residential properties to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. </li> <li>Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements. </li> <li>Perform repairs and replacements of HVAC components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and coils. </li> <li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. </li> <li>Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. </li> <li>Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to coordinate HVAC service schedules and ensure minimal disruption to residents. </li> <li>Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems. </li> <li>Categorize and organize inventory to limit unnecessary losses to the company. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC repair and installation preferred. </li> <li><strong>Minimum of 4 years of experience </strong>as an HVAC service technician, with a focus on multi-family residential properties. </li> <li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation techniques. </li> <li>Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in HVAC maintenance and repair. </li> <li>Excellent communication and customer service skills. </li> <li>Ability to work independently and efficiently, with attention to detail. </li> <li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record. </li> <li>EPA certification for handling refrigerants is a plus. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Hourly pay: $23/h to $32/h</li> <li>Health insurance coverage </li> <li>Paid time off and holidays </li> <li>Company Vehicle / Fuel Card  </li> <li>Tool Program  </li> <li>Opportunities for professional development and advancement </li> </ul> <p>Join our team at Josko LLC and become a part of our mission to deliver exceptional HVAC solutions to multi-family residential properties. </p>
