Position Title: Sr. AI/ML Engineer Job Location: 500 11th Avenue North, Suite 850, Nashville, TN 37203 Salary: $103,958\.40/year Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm **Summary of Duties:** * Serve as a leader in the design, implementation, and maintenance of large\-scale data intelligence solutions. * Perform studies and testing to develop machine learning algorithms along with pattern recognition and predictive models. * Able to utilize data computation and storage tools to create prototypes and datasets. Conduct model trainings and evaluations. * Implement rigorous testing and validation procedures to ensure the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI/ML models. * Work closely with the development teams to integrate ML models into the enterprise solutions. * Understand client business needs and develop ML solutions to cater to their needs and demands. * Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI/ML models, code, and processes. * Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML. * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the AI/ML team. * Perform other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Applied Economics, or a related field of study AND One (1\) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
