We Are Hiring: **Location:** Milwaukee, WI**Facility:** St Elizabeth Ann Seton Dental Clinic**Department/Specialty:** Smart Smiles**Schedule:** Full\-time / Day Shift / Monday \- Friday What You Will Do: * Prepare and distribute correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required. * Schedule and support preparation for meetings, conferences, programs and/or special events. * May compile and enter information from a variety of sources into computer database(s), verify data, identify issues and research or correct as appropriate. * Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls, and handles general inquiries. * Establish and maintain filing systems. Order and stock supplies. What You Will Need: Education:* High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. + Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
