The successful candidate will join the Caterpillar IT GCIO DT\&D organization as a key contributor responsible for facilitating the operations of an Agile framework with 1\-3 teams while embracing the principles of the framework and the Agile Mindset in support of the new modern, cloud\-based Global Warranty Management solution. You will help teams reach their highest performance level in the execution of workstreams. This role will provide expertise, leadership, mentorship, coaching, consulting, training, and/or facilitation in support of Business Agility across the enterprise.
