This executive will serve as a trusted advisor to C suite and operations leaders, helping clients plan, design, build, and ramp next generation manufacturing facilities. The role sits at the intersection of manufacturing, engineering, capital projects, and supply chain, and is responsible for shaping, selling, and delivering large scale greenfield programs across industries including life sciences, industrials, automotive, high tech, and process manufacturing. The Associate Director / Senior Manager will assess growth, client relationships, and end to end delivery while building Accenture’s differentiated Greenfield Manufacturing capability. **Key Responsibilities:** Client Leadership \& Growth * Serve as a trusted advisor to C suite, operations, and engineering leaders, guiding greenfield projects from concept design through commissioning. * Build and expand executive relationships across priority manufacturing accounts, driving sustained growth and value realization. Greenfield Program Leadership * Lead end to end greenfield manufacturing programs, including master planning, plant and process design, EPC coordination, factory IT/OT architecture, and operational readiness. * Integrate engineering, supply chain, digital manufacturing, automation, and sustainability into a single transformation vision. * Oversee complex, multi partner delivery ecosystems including EPC firms, OEMs, and technology partners.
