You operate as a 1099 contractor, which means you run your own setup and your own taxes, but you'll be working with us full\-time and treated like a core part of the team. Here is exactly how it works: * **40% of every job** — You keep 40% of the base price of each detail you complete. Paid out **weekly**. * **100% of all tips** — Every dollar a customer tips is yours.
