Recruiting for this role ends on 08/31/2026\. **Work You'll Do** As a Senior Consultant on the team, you will be responsible for: * Leading functional activities for the Workday HCM Benefits module workstream to include planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etc. * Assisting clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Workday Benefits functions through leading\-edge systems and processes * Defining, building and implementing enhancements to the Benefits processes and structures to improve its alignment to business objectives and help drive business results * Coordinating with other workstreams within the project for defining an integrated solution * Mentoring junior team members and oversee the quality of Workday deliverables * Organizing and delivering services on a cross\-section of complex projects A successful candidate would possess these skills: * Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product * Ability to build and sustain professional relationships * Ability to lead projects or workstreams * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast\-paced and dynamic environment * Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor * Abili
