(HCEPInc) is seeking an Occupational Therapist – Hand Therapy for a contract opportunity based in Los Angeles, California.** **Schedule:** Full\-Time, Day Shift**Location:** Los Angeles, CA**Compensation:****Hourly Rate:** **$55\.00 – $58\.00 per hour** Benefits include paid sick leave, paid holidays, co\-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, cafeteria plan access, and a 401(k) retirement plan.### **Summary** HCEPInc is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a high\-volume outpatient hand therapy clinic specializing in post\-surgical rehabilitation. This opportunity is ideal for an Occupational Therapist with strong hand therapy experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast\-paced clinical environment focused on restoring upper extremity function and improving patient outcomes. Candidates with experience in dynamic splint fabrication and post\-operative hand rehabilitation are highly preferred. Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credentials are a plus.### **Essential Functions** Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services for patients with hand and upper extremity conditions. Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans. Treat a high volume of post\-surgical hand therapy patients. Fabricate and adjust dynamic splints as clinically indicated. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize functional outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide high\-quality patient care.### **Practice Setting** Outpatient Hand Therapy Clinic High\-volume post\-surgical patient population Collaborative multidisciplinary rehabilitation team### **Qualifications** Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) License required.
