This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about pedagogy and digital education.</p><p class="MsoNormal">You’ll play a key role in planning and storyboarding engaging online courses, applying instructional design theories and best practice to create high-quality learning experiences. Acting as a trusted pedagogical voice within the Content Team, you’ll help shape content structure, recommend effective learning activities, and ensure courses are aligned to strong educational outcomes.</p><p class="MsoNormal">This is a collaborative role, working closely with academic partners, subject matter experts, and build teams to translate ideas into impactful online learning solutions that support accessible, flexible education.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Designing and storyboarding courses for online delivery across platforms such as FutureLearn, Course Studio and Canvas</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Collaborating with academic partners and stakeholders to develop engaging, learner-centred content</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Translating course requirements into clear delivery plans for build teams</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Advising on content structure, media use, and learning activities to enhance the learner experience</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Supporting partners through induction, guidance, and ongoing consultancy</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Contributing to quality assurance, ensuring all courses meet defined standards</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Analysing course performance and identifying improvements</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Staying up to date with developments in online learning and sharing insights across the team</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Supporting content development with reading lists, syllabi, and assessment coordination</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Maintaining project oversight through tools such as Monday boards</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Experience in course or learning design, ideally within online or blended learning</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>A good understanding of pedagogical theory and digital learning practices</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Ability to break down complex concepts into clear, engaging learning content</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Confident communicator, able to engage both educational and non-educational stakeholders</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Good organisational skills and ability to work across multiple projects</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Experience writing clear documentation and design materials</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>A collaborative mindset, with a natural ability to work effectively in diverse teams</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Why join us?</strong><br>You’ll be part of a growing, forward-thinking team shaping the future of online education.
