The Opportunity SunStream Business Services, a leading managed IT service provider that supports Farm Credit lending institutions, is seeking a Business Analyst to support our Financial Technology (Fintech) offerings. Reporting to the Director of PMO, the Business Analyst develops requirement documentation to translate business needs into solutions that deliver organizational benefits. They work independently across multiple medium to large Agile features across the project lifecycle. This role has a strong backend focus, working with system integrations and file\-based data movement across platforms. It involves critical thinking to ensure effective system impacts, active facilitation of Agile ceremonies and prioritization conversations, and building strong relationships between business partners and technology teams. What You'll Be Doing Business Analysis * Develops business analysis artifacts (user stories, use cases, business models, needs and features, etc.) to document “as\-is” and “to\-be” requirements in an understandable and presentable format. * Elicits, analyzes and validates the business needs of stakeholders, customers and end users * Interacts and drives technical teams to translate
