Senior Business Analyst

In this role, you will act as a critical link between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the analysis, design, and implementation of scalable technology solutions. You will work on complex, enterprise\-level programs involving multiple applications, integrations, and third\-party vendors. **Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness \& Technical Analysis** * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. * Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for development teams and vendors. * Conduct impact analysis and provide data\-driven insights to support decision\-making. * Create process flows, presentations, and documentation to clearly communicate solutions. **Solution Design \& Implementation** * Lead and manage detailed design phases for large\-scale projects and programs. * Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and technical architecture. * Work closely with development teams to design and enhance database structures across systems. * Participate in system implementation, release activities, and post\-deployment validation. **Data Analysis \& Reporting** * Perform advanced data analysis using SQL to support business and technical requirements. * Generate ad hoc reports and analyze large datasets to identify trends and impacts. * Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems. **Testing \& Quality Assurance** * Partner with Quality Engineering teams to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Validate system functionality across multiple interfaces and ensure requirements are met. * Maintain c
