We are seeking a Product Manager (“PM”) to join our AIOps and Automation team in Pittsburgh, PA, where you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner (“PO”) and R\&D to drive enhancements and new capabilities to our mainframe network management solution (NetMaster). This solution monitors the health of the mainframes network, helping to identify user, certificate, and encryption problems before they become end\-user outages.
The PM is a Customer/Market facing role, responsible for identifying and continuously validating addressable market opportunities aligned to Broadcom’s Mainframe software strategy. The PM understands and communicates the voice of the customers, and combines these to achieve market success through delivering new or improved product or solution offerings. Ultimately, the PM is responsible for the product business case. This means ensuring successful adoptions and customer partnerships for the product by providing leadership (and guidance) across multiple functions. Often, the PM serves as the focal point for all Go\-To\-Market activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Development of the vision, strategy, roadmap and releases of new features or migration plans for this product.
* Prioritize product features by analyzing customer needs and breaking them down into functional stories working closely with the Product Owner.
* Lead the cross\-functional product team in support of the overall Product Management discipline.
* Intermediary between market/business requirements and R\&D to advocate for the product internally.
* Remove roadblocks across teams to meet quality standards, project deadlines, and business objectives.
* Partner with Architecture teams solutioning new features and capabiliti
