Business Analyst - Hybrid

*This is a hybrid position based at our beautiful corporate office located in Brentwood, TN, with on\-site work required Monday through Wednesday.* **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Data Analysis and Development:** * Drive the day\-to\-day development of key analysis to support stakeholder objectives, ensuring that insights meet the business needs of Surgery Partners. * Collaborate with internal teams (developers and data engineers) to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions. * Analyze structured and unstructured healthcare data to identify trends, opportunities and operational performance metrics. **Data Modeling and Understanding:** * Build a deep understanding of underlying data models, inputs, and definitions to ensure accurate analysis and reporting. * Work with stakeholders to refine data definitions and establish a consistent approach to data interpretation and usage. **Product and Visualization Development:** * Build understanding of data visualizations, tools, and create reports that effectively communicate insights to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Collaborate with Business Intelligence (BI) developers to produce interactive dashboards and other analytical products that align with business needs and are intuitive, accurate, and aligned with end\-user requirements. **Stakeholder Engagement:** * Serve as a liaison between the BI team and business stakeholders, understanding their data needs and aligning expectations. * Prioritize data requests based on organizational goals and resource availability. * Train and support stakeholders in navigating BI reports and tools **QUALIFICATIONS** **EDUCATION** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field. **EXPERIENCE** * 1 \- 3 years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role, preferably in a healthcare setting **LICENSE(S)/CERTIF
