Senior lead Digital Product Manager

**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager \- Lead Product Owner \- Cyber Threat Management as part of cybersecurity that will be responsible for building strategy \& requirements for digital platforms and properties to achieve business outcomes. **In this role, you will:** * Demonstrate foundational AI literacy by effectively using approved AI tools to support everyday work * Apply AI tools for activities such as research, summarization, drafting, analysis, and decision support * Exercise sound judgment when interpreting and using AI‑generated outputs * Understand basic AI limitations and appropriate use cases within daily workflows * Adhere to data privacy, security, and data‑handling standards when using AI tools * Use AI ethically and responsibly, in alignment with company policies and guidelines **Product Ownership \& Strategy** * Define and own the product vision and roadmap for CTM capabilities including red teaming, threat intelligence, and adversarial simulation. * Translate complex threat scenarios into actionable product features and security controls. * Prioritize backlog items based on threat landscape evolution, stakeholder input, and business risk. **Threat Expertise \& Innovation** * Serve as SME on offensive security, red teaming, and penetration testing methodologies. * Collaborate with internal red and purple teams to benchmark detection capabilities and simulate adversary behavior using frameworks like MITRE ATT\&CK * Integrate threat intelligence into product development to anticipate and counter emerging threats **Cross\-Functional Collaboration** * Partner with engineering, CTI, CSIRT, and architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions * Engage with industry partners, government agencies, and threat\-sharing communities to enhance situational awareness and threat modeling **Execution \& Delivery** * Lead agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming for CTM
