Facilities Project Manager

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Facilities Project Manager to join us in a full\-time capacity. **Location Requirement:** We are considering candidates in one of the following office locations: Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; or Richmond, VA. The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3\) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2\) days each week. **Role Overview:** This position supports the planning and execution of facility/real estate related projects, working closely with contractors, internal stakeholders and the Segra Facilities management team. The position is a blend of administrative and project management; ensuring there is clear communication across a spectrum of key contributors, while delivering a project on time and within budget. The Facilities Project Manager II role must be able to multi\-task and manage concurrent projects throughout the Segra facilities footprint. **Qualifications:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. **Required Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating or managing projects of varying scale. * 1 year of facilities and/or construction project experience. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Experience reviewing floor plans and architectural design. **Preferred Experience:** * Vendor and contractor management. * Knowledge of project budget planning. * Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) **Key Competencies:** * Proficient with Microsoft Office. * Organizational and time management skills. * Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse range of stakeholders. * Ability to collaborate across lines of business and external contractors. * Able to work independently. **About Segra:** Segra owns and operates a wide and dense fiber\-optic infrastructure footprint that provides state\-o
