Aprio is a progressive, fast\-growing firm looking for a **Senior AI Product Associate, IT** to join their dynamic team. Aprio is seeking an IT Product Owner to drive AI\-enabled platform initiatives across the firm as it becomes a tech\-enabled accounting and advisory firm. These roles own the day\-to\-day product lifecycle of custom, generative\-AI tools that transform how Aprio delivers services across practice areas. This is a US\-based, onshore role central to the AI Council's initiatives and the firm's overall technology strategy. ### **Position Responsibilities:** **Product Ownership \& Delivery:** * Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned AI platforms across various Aprio business lines. * Translate complex domain and practice requirements into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications. * Lead the full development lifecycle — scoping, sprint planning, QA, and rollout — coordinating onshore and offshore development resources. * Work closely with Engineering, tax accountants, and other cross functions to deliver and improve the platforms. * Prioritize features and balance near\-term delivery with long\-term platform scalability and maintainability. **Stakeholder Engagement:** * Run structured requirements\-gathering sessions with subject matter experts across the relevant practice or busin
