Quality Assurance Engineer

In this role, you will design and execute detailed manual and automated test plans on mobile and web applications, ensuring the seamless functionality of our systems. You’ll take ownership of coordinating testing activities, troubleshooting issues, and resolving bugs to deliver high\-quality solutions. As a QA Engineer, you’ll lead comprehensive regression testing to verify system performance after fixes, acting as a trusted subject matter expert across multiple systems. Your expertise will drive the validation of test cases, ensuring they are thorough, effective, and aligned with business objectives.**Supervisory Responsibilities:** None **Duties/Responsibilities:** * Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well\-structured manual and automated test plans and test cases * Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities * Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs * Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved * Modify detailed functional specifications * Experience in driving Automation framework strategy selection, design, and implementation for large scale projects * Coach analysts through test strategies for individual systems and programs * Be a subject matter expert on all common systems used at HPOne * Perform other related duties as assigned **Required Skills/Abilities:** ------------------------------ * + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field * 3\-5 years of QA experience * Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes (i.e., Scrum, Kanban) * Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases * Experience with test management and d
