Your commitment to excellence will help resolve issues with our data acquisition system and remote network connections, all while contributing to the innovative Power Diagnostics® Services mission. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * You will ensure the daily acquisition of data for all monitored Power Diagnostics® sites, maintaining operational integrity. * You will acquire partial data files, Sequence of Events files, and control system data upon request from Operations Engineers and Service Engineering. * You will answer 24/7 hotline calls, tracking issues for Power Diagnostics® Services and providing timely support. * You will handle first\-level troubleshooting for all issues related to PDS rule base processing, ensuring swift resolutions. * You will maintain high levels of communication between support groups, collaborating effectively with Power Diagnostics® Operations, Service Engineering, and the OmniviseEdge Data Acquisition System Group. **What You Bring** * You have an Associate’s degree or 1\-2 years of vocational technical training, with a high school diploma or equivalent required. * You possess a customer\-oriented mindset, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. * You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration across organizations. * You demonstrate a structured approach to work, showing initiative and a team\-oriented mindset. * You are proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlo
