Pittsburgh, PA, United States (On\-site) Contract (5 months 1 day) Published 6 hours ago incident management root cause analysis documentation skills Data Management \& Governance metadata management data validation cross \- functional collaboration collibra agile methodology We are looking for a proactive Data Analyst with strong expertise in incident management monitoring tools and root cause analysis The role involves monitoring data systems identifying and resolving incidents and ensuring data reliability and operational efficiency The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data operations and business teams while driving continuous improvement **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor data pipelines and systems using monitoring tools to ensure smooth operations * Manage and resolve data related incidents ensuring timely response and resolution * Perform detailed root cause analysis RCA for data issues and system failures * Collaborate with engineering and business teams to troubleshoot and fix data inconsistencies * Track document and report incident trends recurring issues and resolution metrics * Implement preventive measures to reduce incident recurrence and improve system stability * Support data validation reconciliation and quality checks * Maintain clear documentation of incidents RCA findings and resolution steps * Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives **Must have skills:** * Data Governance, Data Management, Data Lineage, Metadata Data Flow Understanding Collibra **Good to have skills:** * Data Quality, Records Management, Data Framework DCAM DAMA BCBS 239 GDPR The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $23\.58/hour \- $36\.84/hour.
