We have an opportunity for a **Pool Inside Sales Account Manager** to join our **Charlotte, NC,** team. You will act as the primary remote point of contact, ensuring customers receive prompt, knowledgeable assistance and value from their Pentair partnership. This role is ideal for a results\-driven professional with a passion for problem\-solving and building value\-based relationships in a dynamic, remote\-selling environment, ultimately driving revenue attainment and enhancing dealer loyalty.
**You will:**
* Proactively build and maintain strong, trust\-based relationships with a dedicated portfolio of existing smaller builder accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty, and strategically identifying opportunities for growth through upsell and cross\-sell.
* Lead a value\-driven sales process by conducting in\-depth discovery calls to deeply understand the needs, pain points, and success criteria of existing dealers.
* Craft and present tailored product solutions, focusing on Pentair's differentiators in technology (e.g., IntelliCenter portfolio, IntelliFlo3 pumps) and service, to drive upselling and cross\-selling opportunities and foster long\-term loyalty.
* Skillfully manage a pipeline of opportunities, provide accurate sales forecasts, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by cultivating strong dealer relationships a
