**CULINARY DIRECTOR**
Luxury Resort • Caribbean • USD $8,000 per month \+ Expat Package
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are searching for a Culinary Director for one of the Caribbean's most recognized luxury resort destinations. This is an Executive Committee position reporting directly to the Resort Manager, carrying full responsibility for the culinary operation across all restaurants, bars, banqueting, in\-villa dining, pastry, stewarding, purchasing, and food safety. The property operates at a level of complexity, pace, and expectation that demands resilience, adaptability, and the ability to perform consistently under pressure. We are not seeking candidates drawn by the lifestyle proposition. We are seeking a leader motivated by challenge, accountability, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact within a highly demanding luxury operation.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
* Lead the full culinary operation across multiple outlets, events, private dining, and all luxury guest touchpoints
* Serve as the senior culinary leader on the Executive Committee, contributing to overall resort strategy and performance
* Drive exceptional standards of quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction across every culinary experience
* Lead and develop a large, diverse culinary brigade, including Executive Sous Chefs, Chefs de Cuisine, Pastry, and Stewarding
* Own financial performance across the culinary division, including food cost, labour, and budget management
* Champion food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance across all kitchen operations
* Foster a culture of coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the team
**WHAT YOU BRING**
* Proven track record leading large, high\-volume, luxury culinary operations in complex resort environments
* Executive\-level leadership experience with the ability to influence and perform at ExCom level
* Strong commercial and financial acumen across food costing, budgeting, and revenue contribution
