<p><strong>Huawei's Heisenberg Research Center</strong> in Munich is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products.</p><p>In the <strong>Automotive Engineering Lab (AEL) </strong>teams are rapidly growing and focused on advanced automotive technologies in multiple domains.</p><p></p><p>Join Automotive Engineering Lab (AEL) as:</p><p><strong>AI/ML Engineer (Leased Labor 18-months) (m/f/d)</strong><br></p><p></p><p><span><strong>Your mission</strong></span></p><p><span>Apply state of the art approaches to ensure smooth operation of AI/ML activities in the AEL Safety Team.</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Set up and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines, large-scale datasets, and deep learning frameworks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and automate the AI engineering lifecycle, including model training and data labeling workflows.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Implement data pre- and post- processing, including data transformations, cleaning, and filtering.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor and optimize the use of GPU resources, ensure system stability and performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Deploy open-source models and conduct benchmarks.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><strong>Your areas of expertise</strong></span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science / Analytics, Computer / Electrical Engineering or similar field.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>Experience and proficient skills in AI/ML design, training and implementation, AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Python programming and data pre-/post-processing.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>Experience in deploying AI models using LLM related model. Experience in deployment of end-to-end models for automotive is an advantage.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>Knowledge in CI/CD environments, Docker, scripting and build/deploy process automation.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>Hands-on attitude and positive engagement to integrate into a high-performance team.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>Proficiency in English.
