**EIDBI ABA TherapistOverview** Join our dedicated team as an EIDBI ABA Therapist and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. In this rewarding role, you will provide one\-on\-one, evidence\-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services through Minnesota's Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) program. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement individualized treatment plans that promote communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in home, clinic, school, and community settings. This paid position offers opportunities for professional growth, ongoing training, and the chance to positively influence the lives of children and their families. **Responsibilities** * Provide direct one\-on\-one ABA therapy to children receiving EIDBI services according to individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. * Implement evidence\-based behavior intervention strategies to teach communication, social, adaptive, play, and daily living skills. * Collect accurate session data and document client progress using electronic medical records while maintaining compliance with EIDBI standards and HIPAA regulations. * Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). * Build positive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families while providing compassionate, culturally responsive care. * Collaborate with BCBAs, Clinical Supervisors, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment goals and client progress. * Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing training to maintain clinical competency and improve service delivery. * Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapeutic environment while supporting client independence and emotional regulation. * Communicate effectively
