Responsibilities: The Senior Manager, Infrastructure Operations will lead the team responsible for NISA's datacenter and network infrastructure. By working closely with other technology groups and stakeholders across the firm, a successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a performant, reliable, scalable and secure technology foundation for NISA. * Provide primary technical leadership and guidance across infrastructure engineering responsibilities, including datacenter, server virtualization, network, and core IT systems such as Active Directory/Entra ID and Exchange * Partner with the Head of Technology Operations to develop NISA's infrastructure strategy roadmap and integrate it with the enterprise technology strategy * Lead, mentor and grow a high\-performing technical team, setting clear objectives and building lasting depth and bench strength through training, coaching and strategic planning * Collaborate in the running of on\-premises and public\-cloud infrastructure as a single, continuous environment, partnering day to day with the groups that build NISA's cloud platforms and advancing common automation, observab
