<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive <strong>Freelance Procurement Analyst</strong> to support our procurement and business development activities at TheHRchapter and Coach4expats.</p><p>This role involves managing administrative tasks, monitoring and flagging relevant public and private tender opportunities, and preparing complete documentation packages for submissions.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul> <li>Track and monitor public and private tender platforms to identify relevant opportunities in a timely manner.</li> <li>Flag and report potential business opportunities clearly and promptly to relevant stakeholders.</li> <li>Prepare and compile all necessary documentation and paperwork required for public and private tender submissions, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines.</li> <li>Handle general procurement-related administrative tasks, including maintaining organized records of tender submissions and follow-ups.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and approvals.</li> <li>Ensure accuracy, completeness, and professionalism in all submitted materials.</li> <li>Stay updated on procurement regulations and submission requirements in relevant markets.</li> <li>Proficiency using Tender platforms (public and private).</li> <li>Used to register in minorities associations to get certifications which allow us to reach large clients.</li> </ul><h3><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></h3><ul> <li>Proven experience in procurement, tender preparation, or administrative project support.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).</li> <li>Professional proficiency in Arabic is a must.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.</li> <li>Familiarity with tender platforms and public procurement procedures preferred.</li> <li>Comfortable handling administrative documentation and compliance paperwork.</li> <li>Proficiency with MS Office / Outlook / Jira</li> <li>Extremely organised and self-aware about internal and external deadlines.</li> </ul><h3><strong>Ideal Candidate:</strong></h3><ul> <li>Proactive and organized professional who thrives in a remote, freelance environment.</li> <li>Capable of spotting business opportunities and communicating them efficiently.</li> <li>Experienced in the submission process for both public and private tenders.</li> <li>Strong focus on delivering error-free, professional-quality documentation.</li> </ul><p></p><ul> </ul><p><strong>Our Core values at TheHRchapter</strong><br>✔️ Transparency: We believe in transparent and smooth recruitment processes.
