IT Technician - First Line

We offer opportunities for personal development in a dynamic environment. Scope of work We are now looking for our next First Line Technician to take our IT department to the next level! As IT Support, you will be the support for a highly technical workforce of survey engineers, geophysicists and data processors who run advanced measurement and analysis software on a daily basis. You will be the first point of contact when something breaks for our staff. The role includes but it’s not limited to: Receive, prioritize, and resolve support tickets as the first point of contact (first-line) Manage accounts and access in Microsoft Entra - onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and MFA troubleshooting Enrol, troubleshoot and monitor devices in Microsoft Intune Support our remote access solutions for secure sign-in and access Document solutions so the next person doesn't have to start from scratch You will report to the Company’s Survey and Technical Director.
