The HR Coordinator will focus on ensuring compliance with Federal and State labor laws, oversee recruiting activities, payroll and other office administrative duties. From submitting federal HR reports,running payroll, on\-boarding employees, placing job ads, conducting virtual interviews, conducting orientations and fielding phone calls, the HR Coordinator's scope of responsibility is varied, fast paced, and rewarding. A mix of customer service, sales, recruiting, and human resources are all part of this exciting role. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with applicable labor and employment laws and regulations. * Track recurring administrative and training requirements. * Manage weekly payroll processing, manage benefits, and employee retention. * Work with the Texas Workforce Commission in addressing unemployment claims. * Manage and participate in the recruiting and onboarding procedures. * Manage data in HR information platforms. * Maintain files in accordance with Federal and State regulations and standards. * Track recurring administrative and training requirements. * Supervise HR staff. * Additional duties as assigned. . **Essential Skills/Qualities:** * High level of computer literacy and able to quickly learn new software platforms. * Outgoing, articulate, with strong verbal and written skills and pleasant phone manner. * Able to speak to small groups. * High level of emotional intelligence. * Creative problem solving skills. * Organized and detail
