Project Manager / Scrum Master

<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Project Manager / Scrum Master</strong> to support agile ways of working in cross-functional teams developing <strong>digiphysical HMI solutions</strong> for commercial vehicles.</p><p>In this role, you will act as a <strong>Scrum Master and servant leader</strong>, enabling effective collaboration, flow, and continuous improvement within agile teams. You will support teams across development, scaling, and implementation phases where digital interfaces are tightly integrated with physical systems. The role requires balancing agile methodologies with the demands of industrial product development, including quality and safety.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Facilitate agile ways of working within cross-functional HMI development teams</p></li><li><p>Lead and coordinate agile ceremonies and support team structure and processes</p></li><li><p>Enable collaboration across R&D disciplines (software, UX, systems, validation)</p></li><li><p>Support teams during scaling, implementation, and industrialization phases</p></li><li><p>Drive continuous improvement and alignment in evolving agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe)</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Proven experience as a <strong>Scrum Master or Project Manager</strong> in complex product development environments</p></li><li><p>Background in <strong>HMI and/or digiphysical development</strong> (software + hardware integration)</p></li><li><p>Experience working in cross-functional R&D teams</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience in scaling and transitioning solutions into implementation</p></li><li><p>Professional proficiency in <strong>English and Swedish</strong></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>University degree in technical design or related field</p></li><li><p>Experience with agile frameworks such as <strong>SAFe</strong></p></li><li><p>Familiarity with large-scale industrial product development environments</p></li></ul><h3>Who You Are</h3><ul><li><p>Structured and organized, with a passion for enabling effective teamwork</p></li><li><p>Clear communicator and strong facilitator in complex environments</p></li><li><p>Calm and resilient, able to create stability in high-pressure situations</p></li><li><p>Servant leader who thrives in change and supports teams through transformation</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong><em>Additional Information</em></strong></p><p><em>Some of our clients require you to undergo and be approved according to our current security regulations.
