About the Role You will lead the end-to-end implementation of a new contact center vendor across customer support operations in a global organization. The mission is clear: secure a smooth transition from existing vendors while protecting the customer experience and keeping delivery aligned across business, IT, markets, and procurement. In this role, you will own the implementation from the client side and make sure systems, technology, integrations, processes, training, and operational readiness come together for a successful go-live. You will work close to both internal stakeholders and the vendor's project lead, with full accountability for keeping the project on track in terms of scope, timeline, and budget.
