Project Manager / Business Analyst Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Functional \& Domain * 8–12 years of experience in digital/web delivery roles, with at least: * 3\+ years in pharma/life sciences * 3\+ years working on Sitecore (or similar CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager) * Strong understanding of: * Digital marketing ecosystems (CMS, DAM, personalization, analytics) * Pharma content lifecycle and MLR review processes Technical \& Delivery * Hands\-on experience with: * Sitecore platform (content, personalization, workflows) * Agile / Scrum methodologies * Integration with APIs, DAM systems, and analytics tools Stakeholder \& Communication * Proven ability to manage complex, cross\-functional stakeholder environments * Strong facilitation and communication skills (business \+ technical audiences) * Experience working with distributed (onshore/offshore) delivery models \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Roles \& Responsibilities Program \& Project Management * Lead end\-to\-end delivery of Sitecore website development and enhancement programs * Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables * Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests across onshore and offshore teams * Ensure alignment with enterprise IT standards, security, and compliance requirements Business Analysis \& Requirements * Partner with business stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Regulatory) to gather and refine requirements * Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria * Support MLR review process readiness and ensure compliance with pharma content governance Stakeholder Management * Act as a single point of contact across: * Client IT organization * Business teams (Brand, Digital, Medical Affairs) * Creative \& digital agencies * Offshore Sitecore development teams * Facilitate workshops, sprint ceremonies, and executive updates Delivery \& Execution * Work clos
