Saute / Grill Cook - Monday, Friday, and Saturday required

Black Rabbit is looking for a line cook to join our team that is willing to learn our systems and contribute to a well disciplined team. All positions involve Prep, Line, and Cleaning responsibilities in a beautiful open kitchen featuring wood\-fire oven and grill. We are only interested in candidates that are prepared to become the star of the show! * bad attitudes are not tolerated * Friday, Saturday, and Monday required * shifts start at 2 PM * able to work until 12am in downtown Nashville * shifts are 7\-10 hours long depending on volume * able to show up to work on time in clean uniform * work clean, fast, and efficient * experience on sauté AND grill required, wood\-fire is a plus * following a recipe is a must * thorough cleaning skills required * bilingual is a plus (English\-Spanish) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $20\.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance Application Question(s): * Can you work past 12am in downtown Nashville?
