In this context, you will lead the development and execution of a Supply Chain \& Manufacturing platform delivery team, operating with a DevSecOps mindset to manage and evolve the end\-to\-end digital ecosystem. You will also define and execute a value\-driven digital strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enabling scalable, customer\-centric innovation across the value chain. **Your key responsibilities** Strategy \& Contribution: * Provide strategic leadership for defining and implementing the ANH digital Supply Chain Mgt \& Manufacturing vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with ANH business objectives and customer needs. * Navigate the complexity of an international and multi\-cultural business environment, communicating digital concepts to various audiences. * Define, develop, and maintain the right capabilities within the Supply Chain Mgt \& Manufacturing platform delivery team. * Shape and implement the delivery framework and methodologies Innovation \& complexity: * Oversee the delivery of the total ANH\-Solutions Digital \& Tech portfolio for the whole Supply Chain Mgt \& Manufacturing business domain. * Manage a global delivery team based in various locations
