Listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2016, we combine a pragmatic business mindset with cutting‑edge technology to deliver scalable, efficient payment, savings and lending solutions.</p><p><span>To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Digital Growth Specialist to support our digital growth initiatives and conversion optimization efforts, while developing, managing, and optimizing communication strategies and campaigns across multiple European markets.</span></p><div><p><span>The role focuses on optimizing the acquisition and onboarding funnel, from first customer touchpoint through to first card usage.</span></p></div><div><p><span>This position sits between Performance Marketing, Growth, Analytics, and Content & Customer Journey Management, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple digital disciplines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</span></p></div><p></p><h5><span>Your Responsibilities</span></h5><ul><li><p>Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across paid, owned and, customer lifecycle channels</p></li><li><p>Assist with customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention initiatives across multiple European markets</p></li><li><p>Analyze key funnel, performance, and customer behavior metrics to identify optimization opportunities</p></li><li><p>Contribute to conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives across the customer journey, including landing page improvements, user journey optimization, and A/B testing</p></li><li><p>Support the implementation and continuous development of tracking, analytics, and marketing setups using tools such as GA4 and GTM</p></li><li><p>Assist in the creation and optimization of campaign assets, marketing messages, email communications, and digital content to improve engagement and performance</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and execute digital marketing activities across multiple channels, working closely with paid media, CRM, web, and content initiatives</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of websites, landing pages, and digital customer experiences</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with international teams and stakeholders to support marketing, growth, and customer value initiatives</p></li><li><p>Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, bringing new ideas and opportunities to the team</p></li></ul><div><p></p></div><div><h5><span>Your Profile</span></h5></div><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Digital Business, Business Administration, or a related field</span></p></li><li><p><span>Approximately 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, Customer Journey, Lifecycle Marketing, or a similar digital marketing role</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms, or analytics tools is an advantage</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with GA4, GTM, SEO, CRO, CMS platforms, or design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite is desirable</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement</span></p></li><li><p><span>Organized and proactive working style, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>A hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute across a variety of marketing activities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Interest in digital growth, customer journeys, conversion optimization, and customer lifecycle marketing</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) are required, as creating and optimizing customer-facing communication in German is a core part of the role</span></p></li><li><p><span>Very good English skills are also required</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h5><span><strong>What we offer</strong></span></h5><ul><li><p><span>A dynamic and supportive work environment where you can learn from experienced colleagues.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience through challenging projects in a fast-paced, modern organization.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong learning and development opportunities to help you grow professionally.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exposure to banking and legal topics in an international environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing bank.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Competitive salary and benefits package.es</span></p></li></ul>
