The business combines concept development, engineering, production, and long-term service, with a strong focus on scalability, recurring revenue, and international expansion.</span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>The Group is now entering its next phase of growth and is seeking a commercially driven, hands-on Head of Group Commercial Finance to strengthen business control, financial control, support strategic decision-making, and build a scalable finance function aligned with continued expansion.</span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><strong>About the Role</strong></span><br><span>The Head of Group Commercial Finance will be a key member of the leadership and a close partner to the CFO and report to the CEO. This is a commercially driven role where the primary focus is to support, challenge, and improve business, not just manage accounting and reporting.</span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>We are specifically looking for a Head of Group Commercial Finance who is deeply involved in the work, understands the details, takes ownership of execution, and operates hands-on across both finance and the business.</span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>The role operates in a high-paced environment with demanding timelines, requiring strong prioritization skills and the ability to deliver under pressure.</span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Act as a business partner first, finance function leader second</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Own and manage the group accounting, consolidation and reporting processes</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Lead and coordinate finance functions in international subsidiaries.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Drive the close processes across the group.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Coordinate budget and forecasting processes.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Drive profitability, cash flow, and growth.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ensure financial discipline while enabling commercial success.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Build structure without slowing down the business decisions</span></p></li></ul><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Support pricing strategy, deal structuring, and project evaluation.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Evaluate project risk and ensure sustainable, profitable deal structures</span></p></li></ul><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Maintain strong financial control, reporting, compliance, and governance</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Build scalable financial processes, systems, and structures</span></p></li></ul><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ensure strong execution and follow-through across the organisation</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Manage banking relationships and financing structures</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Develop a deep understanding of customers, business models, profitability drivers and cash flow dynamics.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Actively challenge the business to improve performance and efficiency</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><strong>Who We Are Looking For</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>We are looking for a commercially driven, hands-on Head of Group Commercial Finance with a strong ability to connect finance with real business impact.
