Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

We're looking for a **Senior Azure DevOps Engineer** to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland, in an on\-site working mode. In this role, you will contribute to building and operating secure cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions for a highly regulated financial environment. Your expertise will help ensure stability, compliance, and innovation for critical systems, enabling the client to maintain robust, scalable services in a dynamic industry. **Responsibilities** * Design and implement Azure Cloud architectures in production environments ensuring compliance with security and network requirements * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure automation and delivery, preferably using Azure DevOps * Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform for cloud components * Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters to support business\-critical workloads * Apply security best practices across cloud and hybrid solutions in line with financial sector regulations * Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams to deliver robust infrastructure solutions **Requirements** * 10 years of experience in infrastructure or production environments * Minimum 2 years of hands\-on experience with Azure Cloud architecture and administration in production, including network and security configurations * Proven experience in CI/CD platform setup focused on infrastructure (Azure DevOps preferred) * Strong proficiency in Terraform for cloud infrastructure provisioning * Solid expertise in Kubernetes with CKAD or CKA certification (OpenShift experience is a plus) * Background in security for cloud or hybrid solutions; banking industry experience is an advantage * Fluency in English and/or French (both is a plus) * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Attention to detail and a security\-oriented mindset **Nice to have** * Experience with OpenShift in production environments * Familiarity with financial sector compliance standards
