Through cutting-edge technology, it creates multisensory experiences that blend the physical and digital worlds within spaces designed to surprise.</p><p>From high-end real estate developments to virtual reality medical training environments, YUPIX builds experiences that allow people to live the future, today.</p><p>As part of its expansion in <strong>Florida</strong>, we are supporting YUPIX in the search for a <strong>User Experience Success Agent & VR Support</strong> to lead the user experience within <strong>YUPIX Arenas</strong> — spaces where innovation is experienced firsthand.</p><hr><p><strong>Your mission</strong></p><p>To ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless, memorable, and brand-consistent experience, combining customer service and technical support with a proactive, energetic approach.</p><hr><p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Act as the main point of contact between clients and the YUPIX team</p></li><li><p>Lead the on-site customer experience within the venue</p></li><li><p>Provide technical support for the use of VR headsets and immersive devices</p></li><li><p>Guide and assist visitors with calibration and proper use of the technology</p></li><li><p>Escalate incidents to the IT team when required</p></li><li><p>Keep the experience space visually appealing and aligned with YUPIX’s brand identity</p></li></ul><hr><p><strong>Profile we’re looking for</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience or strong interest in technology, innovation, or immersive environments</p></li><li><p>3+ years of experience in technical support, user experience, or similar roles</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of hardware, networks, and mobile devices</p></li><li><p>Enthusiastic attitude, strong communication skills, and customer-first mindset</p></li><li><p>High energy, curiosity, and a strong service orientation</p></li><li><p>Native English</p></li></ul><hr><p><strong>Main objective</strong></p><p>To ensure every customer enjoys a seamless, engaging, and truly immersive experience aligned with the YUPIX universe.</p><p>✨ <strong>Excited about being part of the future of immersive experiences?</strong><br>Apply and let’s talk.</p><hr>
