**Job Summary**
*The Logistics Systems Administrator supports the integration of warehouse operations and technology systems within Austin Lighthouses' third\-party logistics (3PL) environment. This role ensures that Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), DLA interactions, and warehouse processes are aligned to support accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The position is critical to enabling scalable, data\-driven logistics operations while supporting TAB's mission of creating meaningful employment for individuals who are blind or visually impaired.*
**Responsibilities**
* Oversees daily 3PL warehouse workflows including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, and shipping operations; ensures adherence to all operational standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Monitors and reports on key performance metrics including inventory
