**Job Summary** As a Pharmacist in Charge, Fulfillment Center at our Walgreens fulfillment center, you will serve as a pivotal leader, mentor, and coach to others. You will handle responsibilities associated with compliance, board of pharmacy, and overseeing facility operations. This position is located at our climate\-controlled, closed\-door pharmacy facility featuring advanced automation technology and modern amenities. Flexibility to work day and evening shifts, along with weekends, would be required in this position. **Job Responsibilities** * Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy laws, as well as company and facility policies. Oversees necessary security protocols to ensure protection of patient privacy in line with the company’s HIPAA guidelines. Responsible for maintaining all records and following the laws and regulations regarding the pharmacy practice. Reviews pharmacist licensure and pharmacy technician registration status and renewals. * Serves as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) as required by facility.
