Care Coordinator / Office Manager (Home Health Experience)

Are you compassionate, organized, and sales\-minded? We’re looking for a motivated Care Coordinator to join our team in West Indianapolis. In this role, you’ll: * Answer inquiries and convert them into new clients * Create personalized care plans for seniors * Build strong relationships with clients, families and caregivers. * Conduct quality assurance visits * Conduct client assessments. * Create social media content and post it weekly. * Support onboarding new caregivers. **What We’re Looking For:** * High school diploma or equivalent * 2–4 years of related experience (preferred similar experience candidates) * Strong sales and communication skills * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Comfortable working some evenings/weekends This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in seniors’ lives while growing your career in a caring, supportive team.
