Looking for upbeat people with 1 to 2 years experience in breakfast/ lunch DEPENDABLE, HARD WORKING, FRIENDLY, works well with others! **Essential Functions** * Properly prepare orders from the guest check following approved portions, recipe specifications, and timing standards. * Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures. * Properly date, store, stock, and rotate food items * Complete accurate temperature cooling charts. * Standing and/or walking \- 100% of time. * Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and frequently lifting up to 20 lbs. * Working in temperatures that may exceed 90 degrees * Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items * Maintain accurate food inventories * Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures * Rotate stock items as per established procedures * Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts * Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift * Food certified is a plus, having it or willing to have it would be helpful * This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: * Dependable \-\- more reliable than spontaneous * People\-oriented \-\- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects * Adaptable/flexible \-\- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction * Detail\-oriented \-\- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture * Innovative \-\- prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity * High stress tolerance \-\- thrives in a high\-pressure environment * Must be able to pass drug and background check * Must have reliable transportation * Quick Room for advancement after proven good employee skills Job Types: Part\-time Friday \-Sunday 8am \-3pm Salary: $15\.00 to $18\.00 Pay: $15\.00 \- $18\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
