**Position Summary**
The IT Systems Manager leads the day\-to\-day technology operations for the Company’s facility. This hands\-on leader owns infrastructure, networks, systems administration, end\-user support, and cybersecurity compliance in an ITAR\-controlled aerospace manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for keeping a growing engineering and production operation running securely and reliably while helping mature IT processes and CMMC / NIST 800\-171 readiness.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage on\-site IT infrastructure: servers, virtualization, storage, networking, firewalls, wireless, and endpoint fleet.
* Administer Microsoft environments (Active Directory / Entra ID, Windows Server, Microsoft 365\) and core business systems.
* Lead the help\-desk and end\-user support function, setting standards for responsiveness, onboarding/offboarding, and ticket resolution.
* Support and enforce cybersecurity controls aligned to NIST SP 800\-171 / CMMC, including ITAR/EAR data handling, access control, patching, and backup/disaster recovery.
* Manage system monitoring, performance, capacity, and uptime for engineering and manufacturing systems.
* Coordinate vendors, managed\-service providers, licensing, and IT procurement.
