About the role
As an Engineering Manager (Java / Microservices) , you will make an impact by leading the delivery of scalable, resilient microservices and driving innovation through AI\-enabled engineering practices. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and work collaboratively with product owners, architects, and cross\-functional stakeholders to deliver high\-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

**In this role, you will:**
Lead and mentor a high\-performing engineering team to design, build, and deploy scalable microservices using Core Java and Spring Boot
Drive adoption of modern development workflows, including AI\-powered tools, to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed
Own end\-to\-end microservices architecture, including API design, data models, performance, and resilience
Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and prioritized backlogs
Establish best practices across CI/CD, testing, observability, and secure coding to ensure reliable and scalable production systems
